Basicamente, a romã tem-se revelado um fruto com características benéficas para a saúde! Em Portugal vale a pena comprar o sumo de Romã e extractos de chá verde da Compal, que tem o mesmo efeito.
Está provado que a romã ajuda a prevenir os diversos cancros (da mama, prostata, pulmão, entre outros) assim como ajuda a prevenir e combater infecções (esta última parte foi-me dita pela minha professora de Francês do 10º e 11º a quem eu mando um grande beijinho e agradeço todo o apoio prestado!) e por isso como estão a ver, só há benefícios em beber o sumo de romã :D de acordo com esse site, também previne doenças como Alzheimer, entre outras, ajuda a baixar o colestrol e por aí fora.
